I have a fascination about the Internet that started by accident after a stay in hospital, stopped me from going to work for 6 weeks.
"Internet Entrepreneur "
Having never used the Internet, i was given a laptop to “play” around with and did all the usual things like screen savers and a free page, but then started to see that some people actually made interesting websites with a laptop while sitting at home, so with bundles of enthusiasm i set off down a well worn path.
That path has been interesting, very winding and treacherous in places, with some success and fun.
However, to join the privileged ranks of the very few, who do make some kind of website, with relevant useful content to merit the time and effort stooped over a keyboard for endless hours, there comes a point, when you have to admit to your self that, it needs to be treated a little more seriously, a bit like a proper business…. now that’s a scary thought, from the beginnings when it was all a bit of fun !
And so you decide, do i treat this as hit and miss, just fun, a hobby for cold winter nights, or shall i try to do what the real Internet “people” do, and get some help, learn some skills, and make real business !
Oh, yes, then and sadly, ONLY THEN….. you can make some money too, nearly forgot that bit !
